Job Title: Full-Time Lawn Care Specialist Helper
Lebanon Lawn Care is seeking a dedicated and reliable Full-Time Lawn Care Specialist Helper to join our team. As a key member of our lawn care crew, you will assist in various tasks to ensure the maintenance and enhancement of our clients' outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Support the lead Lawn Care Specialist in tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and fertilizing lawns.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Assist in landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, and irrigation system maintenance.
- Follow established procedures to achieve high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Availability on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm, with some Saturday mornings as needed.
- Ability to pass drug and background checks.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of outdoor labor.
